Elizabeth graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2002 with a BS in psychology. She continued her education to become a nationally certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Elizabeth continues to work as a personal trainer in the Capital District, specializing in functional movement training.

Elizabeth had a desire to further help her clients with their wellness goals to then become a New York State licensed massage therapist, receiving her training from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. Since graduating, she has also completed continuing education in Active Isolated Stretching, Core Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. Each of Elizabeth's sessions are designed with a client's goals in mind. They include a combination of Swedish massage, nueromuscular therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and stretching. She can also recommend appropriate stretches and corrective exercises to further assist her clients. Elizabeth enjoys supporting her clients reach their wellness goals.
