What can massage do for you?

Welcome

At the Bodyworks Wellness Center, we have a vision of supporting our community by cultivating sound and sustainable habits of wellness and well-being. To not just maintain health, but to thrive and enjoy an optimal quality of life.

We are dedicated to building trusting long-term quality relationships with our clients by taking the time to actively listen, discuss, and troubleshoot a treatment plan that is tailored to each client’s unique needs. As our clients feel better and make progress, we revisit our treatment plan with them often.

Our desire is to empower our clients to truly experience the vibrant benefits of alternative medicine– using massage therapy, wellness education, tips for self-care, and more.

Our Wellness Center is respectful, safe, caring, quiet, and designed to foster a sense of respite from a busy and stressful world. We are located conveniently just one block from Wolf Rd. in Albany, NY.

We are committed to, and grateful for, our clients, which means that customer service and client care are paramount to our vision.
