Please let your therapist know if there are any allergies, medical conditions, or medication changes. We want to make your session as beneficial to you as possible.
For your protection we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
We ask that cell phones be turned off during your visit. Should you need to use your cell phone, we ask that you use it outside the office.
Gratuities are not included in our prices and are graciously accepted.
Persons eighteen years of age or younger will need a parent or legal guardian with them to sign a consent form for massage service.
It is prohibited to receive massage service if under the influence of controlled substances. This includes but is not limited to alcoholic beverages, over the counter medications, and illegal substances. Payment will be required and appointment will be rescheduled.
There is a $30 charge on all returned checks.
