Linda Addario,  Owner
Licensed Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher

Linda's journey into massage therapy began after being certified as a physical therapist assistant. She graduated from the prestigious Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, where she honed her skills and developed a deep appreciation for the power of touch and holistic healing. 


With a diverse background in healthcare, Linda's experience as a physical therapist assistant provided her with a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques. This foundation, combined with her massage therapy education, has been invaluable in her practice, enabling her to work effectively with clients on injury recovery and prevention.


In addition to her physical therapy expertise, Linda is a certified personal trainer and a 200H certified yoga teacher, a testament to her dedication to holistic wellness.  Her yoga background informs her practice, enabling her to offer guidance on stretching and flexibility, enhancing her clients' overall physical health.  Her comprehensive knowledge of fitness and exercise complements her massage therapy practice, allowing her to provide clients with a well-rounded approach to health and vitality.

Natascha Santiago, LMT

Natascha graduated from the Center for natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2009.  She has 20 years of experience caring for the elderly and working solely with memory care patients.  She knows the deep connection between mind and body.  Her compassionate and healing approach to massage bring a calmness that blends her therapeutic knowledge and the natural healing power of the body to create a unique and calming treatment.  She can provide everything from a soothing relaxation massage to deep muscle therapy.  Integrating various types of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching and muscle energy techniques into each session for a custom tailored treatment session for each clients session goals.

Bob Wiessberg, Reiki Master

Bob has practiced Reiki, which means "spiritual energy," since 1999, and has been a Teaching Master since 2004. Reiki is a spiritual and energy healing method developed in Japan. Bob's training has been with Mary Browne of Berne, NY, and Frans Stiene of Australia and Netherlands. The practice of Reiki promotes and supports deep healing on all levels, wherever it is needed, and complements all other healing methods. In a real sense, it is pure healing. Bob is grateful for the opportunity to offer this beautiful practice at The BodyWorks Wellness Center as a practitioner and teacher.


Jaclyn Beadnell, LMT

Jaclyn is a dedicated Massage Therapist, who combines compassion with expertise to help clients achieve optimal health and well-being. Jaclyn attended the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY, where she received training in various massage modalities and techniques.

She specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to promote the natural drainage of the lymphatic system. This specialized therapy is known for its effectiveness in reducing swelling, detoxifying the body, and enhancing overall immune function. Trained and certified in MLD techniques, she brings hands-on experience, offering personalized treatments that cater to each client's unique needs. Whether clients seek relief from swelling (edema), post-surgery recovery, or support for their immune system, Jaclyn is committed to delivering measurable results.

Jaclyn remains dedicated to ongoing education and professional development, staying abreast of the latest advancements in massage therapy and other holistic treatments. Her warm demeanor, combined with her expertise in MLD, has earned Jaclyn a reputation for excellence among clients seeking relief and rejuvenation.
